Ofwat's overall objective is to continue ensuring that the Thames Tideway Tunnel is delivered at best value for Thames Water's customers. To do this Ofwat will need ad-hoc expert legal advisory services in relation to the Thames Tideway Tunnel to support effective and informed decision making. Additional information: Please note that this is a call-off contract so it is difficult to quantify exact spend.
