The Project Performance Accelerator (PPA) workstream was established as part of the Highways England Transformation Change Programme. PPA's aim is to focus on improving the capability of Highways England's Major Projects teams. To facilitate this PPA has been broken down into eight work Packages. These work packages directly link to key areas of capability build required within HE MP.
