The London Borough of Merton (the "Council") is seeking an information technology solution that will meet current and future anticipated operational needs for the maintenance and management of its assets and services and support its legal obligations whilst contributing towards continuing efficiency and financial savings.The Council is seeking to procure an externally hosted and supported enterprise asset management solution that will not only support the existing environmental asset management functions but also potentially enable the Council to consolidate all its asset management systems into one Council wide solution.
