This piece of research will explore the economic challenges facing rural and coastal areas, with a particular focus on deprivation, and outline what steps national and local government can take to strengthen the recovery and resilience of these communities within the current context. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
