Summary of the contracting process

Birmingham City Council is inviting expressions of interest for the "Framework for the Provision of Home Support Services". Notice Description

Birmingham City Council are inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations to express an interest for the Home Support Services. The provision of a service in the Citizens own home, as regulated and registered by the Care Quality Commission. Also referred to as home care, domiciliary care or home help. It is when care workers visit people in their own homes to give them help and support with activities of daily living. Care workers can help with personal care needs, such as washing and getting dressed and practical tasks such as preparing simple snacks or frozen meals. This includes services for children and young people with a disability and adults. Any clarifications / queries regarding this questionnaire, please email Homecare2018Clarifications@birmingham.gov.uk Potential Supplier's should note that there is a maximum file upload size of 28.6mb per document to the 'SProc.Net' website and where you have a large number of documents or documents which are close to the 28.6mb file size limit, you MUST ensure you allow plenty of time for uploading of your submission prior to the deadline for submissions. Suppliers are reminded that applications must be fully uploaded into the 'SProc.Net' system by the designated closing date and time for submissions. Suppliers MUST upload all documents in advance of the deadline if they want them to be considered as part of their submission. Any enrolments submitted after this time (as determined by the SProc.Net web server) will NOT be considered. Deadline for submissions 7th February 2018 at 17:00 hours.
