***Please note that this is an award notice and not a call for competition*** This procurement was awarded following a competitive procurement exercise via the RM6124 Communications Marketplace DPS under the following filters: Services > Events: * Design, Build and Installation for Events * Exhibition * Conference Location: * Australia * Germany * UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) * Poland * Turkey The UK Space Agency (UKSA) require an events partner to cover the design, build and de-rigging of stands/pavilions at multiple events, both domestic and abroad up until 31st March 2026 to promote the UK Space Agency. The first initial event is guaranteed but there is an optional extension implemented into the contract for a further two years to cover the future events. There is no obligation for the Agency to utilise the extended period or to instruct any additional events beyond the guaranteed IAC event in Sydney. The total value of the contract shall not exceed PS815,000.00 excluding VAT which is broken down as follows: PS72,945.57 excluding VAT is for the initial first event at the International Astronautical Conference (IAC) in line with the supplier's price submission. The remaining value will be instructed on a case-by-case basis and instructed by the Client.
