Contract Summary
BBVS Service Package 21 - IPT Extranet BBVS require an extranet to be designed, built, hosted and managed by a supplier, to meet the information sharing requirements of the project. Tenderers should submit a PDF proposal detailing how they would facilitate BBVS requirements. Whilst suggesting any creative solutions they can offer, based on the information provided in the attached scope of works document. Also attached are appendices B-D, Appendix A is included within the scope of works document itself. The tenderer should refer to Appendices A and B for supporting information on BBVS' requirements and desired extranet solution. The tenderer should build up the pricing information for their solution within the excel table in Appendix C. Should the tenderer have any queries whilst producing their proposals these should be detailed within the excel table in Appendix D and issue this to BBVS via the supply chain email (supplychain@bbvsjv.com) with the phrase "SP21 BBVS Extranet" in the email subject title Please note, the tenderers PDF proposal should be no more than 2000 words long. About the buyer's selection process: Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender through an external ERP system. The exact scoring criteria are currently being developed by BBVS, and shortlisted suppliers will be invited to register for the ERP system in due course. What is clear at this stage is that tenders will be scored competitively across a range of criteria, such as, but not limited to: HSEQ, Commercial, Programme, Methodology (particularly with working in a track environment). Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender through an external ERP system. The exact scoring criteria are currently being developed by BBVS, and shortlisted suppliers will be invited to register for the ERP system in due course. What is clear at this stage is that tenders will be scored competitively across a range of criteria, such as, but not limited to: Commercial, Programme, Methodology, HSEQ, Capability and Capacity. In 2018, Balfour Beatty, VINCI and Systra (BBVS) created a strategic alliance to deliver major infrastructure projects for HS2, in particular the Interchange at Old Oak Common.
