Notice Description

UPDATE - 30.05.2024 - The Supplier Engagement Events detailed in section 4 and 5 of the PTME 2 have been cancelled. These roundtable events will no longer be taking place, however, we are still seeking final written feedback and answers to our voluntary questions listed in Section 8 of the PTME 2 document. Following receipt of written responses, the Department may decide to hold roundtable events at a later date, which we will advertise through the engagement notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) seeks information in preparation for the potential procurement of a Supplier or Suppliers to provide a Single Integrated Parking Appeals Service (SIAS) for the Private Parking Sector. This PTME will explore the practical implications and appetite within the market of having separate business services suppliers and identify whether there is sufficient demand to provide integration services within such a model. The Authority is keen to understand if and how the quality of SIAS as a complete service would be impacted both from a user perspective and from a contract management perspective. We welcome views on the most preferred contracting model(s) from Potential Suppliers. The Authority is keen to understand what level of contact centre support is typically offered to clients when adjudication services are being used.
