The lead consultant/architect will provide: - RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) and RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) information, including an option appraisal/bid scheme review and justification for the development site, - a RIBA Stage 3 developed design for the new build residential buildings and the public realm, - all documents and information required for the submission of a full planning application for the proposed development, - additional detailed drawings, schedules, specifications and reports to RIBA Stage 3+ for inclusion in the contractor's tender pack, - management of the sub-consultant design team, - support to the consultation process, including input development of the consultation strategy, provision of materials and attendance at events.
