Notice Description

Specification of work To work with the TPR HR team in the creation and delivery of people management sessions. TPR are looking for a delivery partner to support the reinforcement of people management processes and upskilling through and effective performance management sessions. The delivery partner will need to work with various members of the HR team to understand the current dynamics, challenges and culture at TPR to be able to ensure the learning intervention meets the requirements and identify measures for success. With over 100 people managers across TPR, who are managing teams that are based across various locations and working patterns. It is critical to our strategic plans to ensure that TPR managers are empowered to manage their teams effectively, conducting conversations and managing performance effectively to support individual and team development. This piece of work starts with an effective performance management module, which will be verified through an onboarding session with the TPR HRBP team to ensure that they support the embedding. To ensure that we keep the internal processes tied into to the context of the delivery sessions, we are suggesting pre-reading for delegates and the drop in sessions by our HRBPs to answer any specific questions that will arise from the learning sessions. This work will involve: * Consultation services by the Client Director and Lead Consultant * Working with the internal HR team to collect data and insights * Designing the Effective Performance Management module (EPM) * Consultation and scoping of other modules * Facilitation of the HRBP onboarding session * Facilitation of the EPM Module Additional information: Suppliers are reminded that all ITT documentation is only available when downloaded from our Bravo Solutions eSourcing portal.
