Planting and Watering Contract
Notice Description
RYDE TOWN COUNCIL - PLANTING AND WATERING CONTRACT The Town Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the planting and watering of all of the floral features within the town and surrounding area. The contract will be for a period of 4 years commencing in May 2018, with the potential to extend the contract by up to a further 12 months at the discretion of the Town Council. The tender is broken into two components - planting and watering. Contractors may submit a tender for either or both Planting and Watering elements. The contract may be awarded as a combined contract or as individual contracts. This will be at the discretion of the Town Council. If you wish to put in a tender for these services, tender packs which comprise two copies of the tender document and a return envelope, may be obtained from the address below: Town Clerk Ryde Town Council Town Hall Chambers 10 Lind Street Ryde Isle of Wight PO33 2NQ Tel: 01983 811105 Email: procurement@rydetowncouncil.gov.uk The tender documentation may also be viewed at the following web address: www.rydetowncouncil.org.uk/tenders/current-tenders/ One completed and signed copy of the tender document should be returned in the enclosed envelope to Ryde Town Council at the above address by: 12.00 Noon on Friday 5 January 2018. Any queries relating to the tender must be raised in writing with the Clerk to the Council at the above address by no later than 12.00 Noon on Monday 01 December 2017. It is expected that the award of the contract(s) will be made during the week commencing Monday 5 February 2018.
