Job Title: Senior Care and Housing Support Officer Rate of Pay: ?13.02 per hour Hours: 30 hours 4 Days. Shifts include Am and PM including Weekends and Bank holidays. Location: Willow Gardens, Harvest Road, Rowley Regis, B65 8FG Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: o Provide practical support and guidance to our front-line care and support team through on the job observational supervision. o Provide management cover in the absence of the Extra Care Manager/ Assistant Manager and Support Team Manager where required. o Undertake Duty Management tasks as defined on a rota basis. Essential Requirements: o NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent. o Minimum of 2 years working with vulnerable adults, adults with disabilities. Adults with dementia. o Knowledge of the Care Standards, and CQC inspection framework. o Good awareness of Extra Care Services both social care and the housing management aspects. Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
