Notice Description

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (and partners) is looking to appoint a contractor to conduct the traffic, parking and person survey across the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The survey is to be conducted on Thursday 10th October 2019 with survey results available no later than Friday 22nd November 2019. The objectives of the survey are: * accurately identify the number of vehicles and people that travel to and from the Cambridge Biomedical Campus on a daily basis, including identifying separately those vehicles that pass through the Campus without spending at least 15 minutes on Campus. * accurately identify the modal split of all vehicle and person trips to the Campus so that the effectiveness of measures introduced to reduce car dependence can be assessed. * accurately identify vehicles and people that travel to identified locations on the Campus. * obtain survey data relating to travel choices that people have used and options that they have available. Additional information: How to Express Interest in this Tender: 1. Register your company on the BravoSolutions eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://eoecph.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure) 2. Express an Interest in the tender - Login onto the portal with the username/password - Click the ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. (These are Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Click on the relevant ITT to access the content. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. - This will move the ITT into your 'My ITTs' page.
