Response Repairs & Relets Framework Bristol City Council is seeking to tender 4 contracts for carrying out works to its housing stock and associated land. This includes 2x contracts for response repairs and minor works (1 North, approx. 14,100 dwellings, 1 south approx. 13,500 dwellings), 2x contracts for works to relet properties (1 North, 1 South, maximum approx. 3000 properties per year). The range of work includes carpentry, brickwork, construction, decoration, plumbing, plastering and roofing. To register your interest in attending the Suppliers Meeting, please email jo.evans@bristol.gov.uk. Venue: Netham Pavilion, Netham Park, Avonvale Rd, Netham, Bristol, BS5 9RZ. Bristol City Council will be carrying out two sessions on the 20th January 2016, one am and one pm (am session 10:00 to 12:00. pm session 14:00 to 16:00) with attendance being by appointment / reservation only. Due to the expected numbers of attendees and the venues capacity Bristol City Council will have to restrict attendance to one attendee per company.
