This contract will involve - - Providing advice to the Linking Levisham partnership team, with a particular role around questioning/"sense-checking" the team and what they have collated - An integrated 20 year financial model - Draft the Business and Blended Finance Model / Plan - Support the team in preparing a Costing and Justifications document which cross references to the financial model and blended finance plan - Support team to identify private (non-Defra) finance opportunities
