Newcastle University IT Service (NUIT) are relocating from Claremont Tower to Black Horse House in Autumn 2018. Black Horse House is a four-storey office building circa 1300m2 and briefly comprises: main entrance, open plan office, kitchen, locker room and meeting space to the ground floor with open plan office space, meeting rooms and tea points to the three floors above.
