The current insurance team want to procure a new claims handling system in time for when the current contract with JCAD expires in May 2023. The system holds details of the current insurance policies and allows staff to create new and update existing cases with details of communications with various actors encountered during the insurance process. It does not interface with any other software. We would like to advertise to procure for these requirements on an initial 3 year basis with the option to extend on a 1 plus 1 year basis, (totalling 5 years).
