Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process is currently active, with an end date for tender submissions on 11th December 2020, and the framework contract period running from 1st February 2021 to 31st January 2025. The total value of the project is estimated at £20 million. This opportunity is open to suppliers delivering services across the UK and additional territories such as the British Overseas Territories, Channel Islands, and Europe.

This tender presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses specialising in relocation services, logistics, and associated fields. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate, as the procurement process is designed to be inclusive. Companies that offer expertise in areas such as crate hire, storage, and international transit would find this contract especially suitable, potentially leading to long-term collaborations with NEUPC and its member organisations.
