RA311701 - Man + Van Service - In School Vaccination Service
Notice Description
Please quote to provide a Man+Van Service for the Trust for a period from 10/01/22 - 18/02/2022, with possible extension yet to be dertermined.\ \ Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Spend Comparison tool to ensure we pay the best price. We expect to be offered prices in line with other NHS Trusts.\ PLEASE NOTE - the attached Terms of Offer and NHS Terms & Conditions which would govern any agreements made following this exercise\ \ Please be able to provide evidence of applicable Insurance when returning your quote . \ \ Also please read further requirements to this as below:\ Requirement:\ 1. Vehicle and Driver from 10th January to 18th February inclusive. Potential for some additional dates post 18th February as part of schools 'mop up' programme - yet to be confirmed.\ 2. To transport equipment (primarily consumables i.e. sharps bins, wipes, gloves, aprons, cotton wool, micropore tape, hand gels, hand wash, blue trays, drawing up syringes, administering syringes, paper towels, vomit bowls, paperwork folder from Coral House to designated school and return to collect said equipment at end of session\ 3. Requirement will vary from 1 or 2 schools in a day (e.g. 1 in the morning, 2nd in the afternoon), to several smaller schools e.g. 2 morning & 2 afternoon.\ 4. Potential requirement (tbc) to include a pickup/drop off of 5 to 15 x Laptops & 2 x wifi Routers equipment from either Shire hall or Coral House, at beginning and end of the day.\ 5. Need to arrive at designated school by 0830hrs for set up.\ 6. Vaccinations usually completed at last school on that day's schedule by 1445-1500hrs\ 7. Be prepared to collect and stock up consumable equipment from designated stores area (probably Coral House), based on stock list provided by the clinical team. Probably to be done at the end of the school session (pm) as access to Coral House not available before 0730hrs. \ 8. Be prepared to take sealed sharps bins at end of last school session to Coral House (e.g. and then re-stock consumables ready for next day's session)\ \ Please either quote per day / per hour and if mileage will be extra within your quotes.\ - Just to confirm, there are no large items of equipment (no tables/chairs/screens) therefore size of van can be along the lines of, Ford Transit Connect, Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner, Vauxhall Combo Cargo - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA311701.
