Contract Summary
This project is focussed on exploring potential funding or finance routes for the establishment and maintenance of beaver management partnerships. The key aims of the partnerships will be to build stakeholder relationships, share information and fund a beaver field officer to support land managers and riparian users to manage potential impacts from beavers. This includes education, signposting to existing national guidance and funding, and bespoke local advice on appropriate management interventions to ensure positive coexistence with beavers.
