Notice Description
Greville EPH site is a development project to deliver 26 new Council homes. Planning permission has been obtained and first stage tenders issued. The design needs to be advanced to stage 4 (a) so that the contractor can bottom out the detailed design and provide a firm price. Direct award via Lot 11 - Neutral vendor of the South East Wales Technical and Professional Services framework.
