Dorset HealthCare requires Construction Consultancy Services for the refurbishment of an existing ward into a 6 bedroom Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit at St. Ann's Hospital, Poole. The Trust requires the following services:- Project Management (PM), Quantity Surveyor / Cost Advisor (CA), Architect, Building Services (MEPH) Engineer, Structural Engineer, Principle Designer (CDM 2015 Compliance). To ensure the project is delivered on time the Trust requires the appointed Project Management function to both engage and to closely manage all of the above consultancy team functions.
