This RFQ has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust acting on behalf of Health Education England North West. Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of research and development services, to undertake a workforce research project for the Cheshire & Mersey Local Education Workforce Group. This process will establish a contract in accordance with the Specification and in line with NHS standard terms and conditions of contract for services.
