We wish to appoint suitably experienced experts to assist with the delivery of our "Transforming Real Time Information in the West Midlands" project. The aims of the project are To enable the public to make up-to-the-minute, informed decisions about travel arrangements, particularly at times of disruption. To provide confidence and assurance about the journey about to be undertaken and whilst on the journey, through both on street and other digital interfaces. This opportunity will be evaluated 60% Quality and 40% Price. Please refer to the attached brief for more details of the requirements. Responses must be uploaded within the Technical and Commercial Envelopes.
