Notice Description
This is an outline scope for the provision of specialist work-stream support to the Area 10 Asset Delivery (AD) Regional Engagement Work-stream. The AD programme is a priority for Highways England. AD will bring capability back into HE to efficiently and effectively manage the Network through four contracts; Maintenance and Response, Design, Construction Works Framework and Specialist Goods & Services.
