Notice Description

Hounslow CCG on behalf of North West London CCGs (comprising Brent, Central London, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon and West London CCGs ('the CCGs')) are holding a market engagement event to inform interested Providers about their intentions for the Integrated Urgent Care service and its core elements: NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service 24/7 and Out of Hours face-to-face services and a future procurement in 2019. It is our intention to hold further events including another in 2018 and one in 2019. Given the changes that have occurred within the provision of Integrated Urgent Care services across England, the national specification released in August 2017 and the Key Performance Indicator changes released in June 2018, the CCGs would like to engage and seek input from interested Providers. This is with a view to inform and assist in the finalisation of a specification that best meets the needs of patients. The CCGs are seeking to understand the level of market interest in providing these services and any new innovation that the market is willing to share that will enable the CCGs to meet their objectives in delivering a high quality integrated urgent care service to patients. The purpose of the event is to share details regarding the current services and summary activity as well as presenting the Clinical Vision for the new services. Please note: participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, the event will assist to inform the CCGs in developing the final specification and route to contract award so your involvement, if possible, is important.
