Tender for Proposed Coroners Court, Jack Judge House, Oldbury - AWARD

Notice Description

It is proposed to move the Coroners Court from its current location is Smethwick to the Council's Jack Judge building in Oldbury, West Midlands. The building is currently used for office accommodation and a library. The work will involve remodelling of the existing ground floor accommodation in the north wing. Subdivision of the office area with associated alterations and divisions to mechanical and electrical services. Disruption to the existing office areas and library is to be kept to a minimum with existing screens, carpets and decoration and general services to be protected and retained. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to PQQ's /ITT's or other related documents. In Order To View a On-Line Questionnaire (if applicable) or Submit a Tender, you will be required to' Opt-In'.
