Defra and other Government Departments across Whitehall are monitoring closely the potential impacts of Covid-19 on the food and drink wholesale sector, through ongoing engagement with industry. Defra have been looking ahead to assess long-term risks to public sector food provision and the financial viability of the wholesale sector and have been collaborating with industry to collect evidence on this. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities. This is currently provided by Bravo Solutions.
