Wandsworth Young People's Health Agency Service
Notice Description
Wandsworth Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver a Young People's Health Agency Service as part of its strategic commitment to promote, maintain and improve the health and well-being of young people and children in Wandsworth. The contract will be for a period of three years commencing on 1st April 2018 and subject to an extension of a period of up to two years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The maximum value of the contract is PS1,212,480 over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with a maximum annual value of PS242,496.
