Award Notice - Service Level Agreement Every Child Counts programme (ECC) 2017/18 The School Improvement Service has delivered ECC intervention programmes to help schools to narrow gaps & impact on pupil progress since September 2010. This unique service provides training, accreditation & support for (SIA Primary Provider ). There are 5 ECC programmes which will be delivered this year: 1st Class@Number KS1 & 2; Success@Arithmetic-Number Sense & Success@Arithmetic-Calculation KS2/3;Talk4Number and 1st Class@writing (Pirate Writing Y3 & Dragon Hunters Y4/5). All are research-based & are aimed at different needs for different age groups. The cost of the resources are recovered from schools as part of the payment for the training package. The programmes are having a significant impact on the achievement of pupils including narrowing gaps in maths and writing is a particular focus currently.
