LOT 1- BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Council is looking to award a Contract for the cutting of grass and some hedges across various sites and landscapes within the borough. The requirements are as detailed below, with work commencing in March to the end of October ? exact dates to be agreed with the Councils Nominated Officer. Cutting outside of the above periods will not be permitted unless agreed with the Nominated Officer. LOTS 2-6- BACKGROUND INFORMATION Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the Cutting of grass on the public highways / landscapes within the borough. The exact locations of grass to be cut will be agreed with the Councils Nominated Officer prior to each cut; as these may alter slightly from time to time, due to road works or other construction activity which could reduce the required meterage.
