Invitation to Tender for St Helens Chamber Ltd - External Audit Provision
Notice Description
St Helens Chamber Ltd is seeking a company to provide an External Audit Service to include the year-end audit and tax computations. The appointment of the successful tenderer will initially be for a term of three years commencing with the audit for the year ending 31st March 2022. There is the possibility of a further term of three years. Tender Documents: ITT - External Audit Provision Supporting Information Questionnaire Testimonial Cover Sheet Invitation to Tender Document will include: Instructions to Tenderers Invitation to Tender Background Information Specification, Scope & Term of Appointment Evaluation Tender Response Structure of Proposal Response to Tender Sub-contracting Arrangements Form of Tender Pricing Template for Returns Label Background Information: Answers to all submitted questions will be published here on 17th December 2021 Strategic Plan 2021-2023 Audited Accounts to 31st March 2021 Audited Accounts to 31st March 2020 Audited Accounts to 31st March 2019 Draft Year-end Timetable for 2022 Tender Timetable: Deadline for submission of questions (4pm deadline) Wednesday 15th December 2021 Questions answered by St Helens Chamber Ltd Friday 17th December 2021 5pm Return of Tender submission with Supporting Information Questionnaire Friday 7th January 2022 4pm Notification to Short-listed tenderers Friday 14th January 2022 Short-listed Tenderer Presentations W/C Monday 24th January 2022 Notification to Successful Tenderer W/C Monday 31st January 2022 It is the Chamber's intention to award the contract week commencing Monday 31st of January 2022. However if we have reached a decision sooner than this, we will notify accordingly.
