The aim of this procurement is to identify a qualified lead provider to evaluate the outcomes of the Less Than Full Time Training Category 3 (LTFT) expansion in England, which seeks to enhance junior doctors working lives by introducing flexibility initiatives. This specification requires the lead provider to also tender for the OOP-P evaluation owing to the requirement for both initiatives to be evaluated individually but also needing to assess the cumulative impact.
