Notice Description

Provision of financial related advice in support of waste contracts, in particular the Energy from Waste Contract, but also other waste contracts as applicable. Work may include the following: - Attendance at internal workshops and meetings as required in order to understand and develop your approach to contract management. - Attendance at external meetings with the contractor as required in order to ensure that contract issues are highlighted, discussed and resolved in a timely fashion. - Review of key legal documentation including the Payment Mechanism and Performance Framework in order to identify potential issues and to propose options for their resolution. - Provide the Council with proactive advice in relation to matters which are likely to have an impact on the contract. - Review management and financial information in respect of the contract. - Provide ad-hoc advice in relation to the operation of the contract and negotiations with the contractor.
