Notice Description

There are a number of different services, providers and different contracts for Statutory Advocacy. These are Statutory Duties for the local authority to have provision for. Services are running until 31/03/2020 and new services need to be place from 01/04/2020. Like many areas we seek to have a combined Statutory Advocacy service. An advocate can appropriately carry out different Statutory roles for the same person. At the moment a different advocate is required for each specific function and this does not necessarily assist service users or referrers. The proposed service will combine: * Independent Care Act Advocacy * Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) * Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) * NHS Complaints Independent Advocacy Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis Procontract e-tendering Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-tendering Suite. If Bidders have not yet registered on the e-tendering Suite, this can be done online at https://royalgreenwich.proactishosting.com/by following the link https://procontract.due-north.com/register. Please note that, to register, Bidders must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Note: registration may take some time please ensure that you allow a sufficient amount of time to register.
