Notice Description

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Client) requires a contractor to provide the lease of hot beverage vending machines and associated services at the Treatment Centre, Queen's Medical Centre (QMC). The objective of this contract is to replace the existing vending machines, facilitating the provision of free hot drinks to staff and patients in an area where sufficient facilities for these refreshments are not available. The contract aims to ensure the continuous availability of hot drinks to support both staff welfare and patient care. Options Management Ltd has been awarded the contract through direct award - the contract to the Supplier via the NHS Supply Chain FAG-000017273 Hot Beverages and Vending Solutions Framework. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, beginning on 1 October 2023. The contract will also include routine servicing and replenishment of consumables to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the machines.
