Notice Description

This is a call for expressions of interest to attend a Market Engagement Event for NHS Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent ICB's Homeless Health Service. The aim of the session is to gauge potential interest, inform the market of the Commissioner's plan for this service and any potential future procurement, and review the potential procurement process. If a procurement is pursued by the ICB, it will be open to all suppliers regardless of whether they attended the Market Engagement event. The Market Engagement event will take place on Tuesday 11th October from 10.00am to 12.00pm at Castle House, Barracks Road, ST5 1BL. Interested providers are advised to register with MLCSU e-Procurement portal Bravo via the following link: https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk The relevant PQQ reference number for this is PQQ_522. The Staffordshire ICB is looking to commission a service which will co-ordinate care for vulnerable people who are homeless, including rough sleepers, within the Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent geographical area. The service is expected to be nurse led and must demonstrate a collaborative and whole system approach to prevention, assessment and provision of health interventions, that improve service users' overall health outcomes and recovery. The Service will require extensive multi-agency working, it will particularly need to work in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council. The estimated annual budget for this service is PS200k. Should this service be subject to a procurement, it will be advertised separately, and providers will need to register again when the opportunity is advertised. Further information relating to the service specification, as well as total budget and contract duration, will be made available via ITT documentation - should the ICB commence procurement of the service. Additional information: At this stage this is an engagement exercise only and not a call for competition. Should this service be subject to a procurement, it will be advertised separately. Midlands and Lancashire CSU is conducting this exercise on behalf of the Commissioners. Details of the Market Engagement Event will be made available on the Midlands and Lancashire CSU portal at https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk Candidates wishing to participate must register at https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk Candidates already registered will not need to re-register. This contract is for clinical services which are light touch regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations ('Regulations'). Accordingly, the contracting authority is only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authority is not voluntarily following any other part of the regulations. Right to Cancel: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to discontinue the process at any time, which shall include the right not to award a contract or contracts. This is not a call for tenders and the Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept any tender received, and reserves the right to award a contract in part, or to call for tenders should as considers necessary.
