Notice Description

The Requirement of this tender is to appoint project management services to manage the installation training and integration of a new finance system and a new or upgrade procurement system. It is to include the management of the appointed suppliers to ensure they deliver to programme that results in the systems being up and live by 1st September 2020. The new systems should integrate with other key systems listed in this Tender and documented in the 'To be' Systems Architecture document. You will also need to manage the integration with Azinc the consultant responsible for Mulesoft (our ESB). The project management technique should be based on proven project management processes which you will need to demonstrate in your response. The contract will be in place for a period of 9 months (1st March - 31st October 2020) however this could be extended for a further period dependant on the needs of the business and the interface required between LLA and the selected system manufacturer/s. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
