Children's Homes Regulations Independent Persons Visits

Notice Description

Toappoint an organisation to provide the Visits by Independent Person to homes managed by Sheffield City Council. The Service shall be responsible for gathering the specified information required under the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and as amended from time to time. The aim is to contribute to the specified Homes achieving their overall outcomes for young people and meet the requirements of the Ofsted regulations and Inspections framework. The Service Provider will operate as a Critical Friend and work in Partnership with the Purchaser to achieve these outcomes. The Service Provider shall provide an Independent Service to conduct visits Under the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015; Regulation 45 of the guidance Visits by Independent Person To visit each of the10 children's homes in Sheffield each month for the Contract Period.
