Notice Description
East Northamptonshire Council is seeking to secure expertise to support a range of property management activities including:: * Project Management Agency services * Site assembly and development services * Estate management services * Professional services The contract will be let for a period of five years to support a PS10 million portfolio. Additional information: 01 Clarification - Friday 4th August 2017 Today this list of bidders clarification questions and the responses to those questions have been up-loaded to this Contract Notice. Bidders are advised to read these questions and responses before completing the tender Response document. Please note: All bidders who have registered their interest to date have been sent a copy of these questions and responses already by email. 02 Clarification - Wednesday 16th August 2017 Please note, bidders are NOT required to submit copies of their accounts with their bid. Bidders ONLY have to declare whether accounts are available IF requested. See 02 Clarification for further details.
