Notice Description

UKAEA have a requirement to more closely manage the employee relations cases (such as disciplinaries, grievances, whistle blowing, long-term and short-term sickness and managing under-performance) in order to ensure that all cases are handled swiftly and in line with legislation/organisational requirements. UKAEA are looking to: Introduce an ER tracking system which will enable HR to view, track, update and report on all ER cases which are live or closed. It will also enable limited access (view and update) to managers of those cases which are within their management control. The system should be able to be accessed at more than one work location and to identify employees at different work locations. The types of cases which HR want to track are: - Grievance (including equality, diversity and inclusion concerns) - Disciplinary - Whistleblowing - Long term sickness - Short term sickness (where this is of concern or high volume) - Managing underperformance - Capability
