Summary of the contracting process

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is currently at the planning stage of a benchmarking exercise titled "Traffic Management Provisions - Benchmarking Exercise." This exercise aims to gather information on traffic management provisions within the West Midlands region of the United Kingdom and will not lead to a contractual award but may inform future procurement decisions. Interested parties must respond to the exercise by 12 noon on 20th February 2017, with questions due by 12 noon on 17th February 2017. The process is being conducted through the BravoSolution e-tendering system.

This benchmarking exercise presents an opportunity for businesses involved in traffic management and infrastructure services, particularly those specialising in traffic lights, monitoring equipment, and associated maintenance services. Companies that can provide insights or solutions related to traffic control and installation are encouraged to participate, potentially positioning themselves favourably for future contracts that may arise as a result of this exercise.
