Notice Description

The purpose of this Procurement is to procure a Primary Service Delivery Partner (The Partner) who will be required to deliver (through a Central Delivery Unit and a Resource Pool) a multi-year programme of Technical Assistance for the Strand. The Strand will consist of three Phases: Inception Phase, Implementation Phase and Closure Phase. The Strand's Interventions will feed into priorities of the incoming administration in the financial services sector to develop a financial system from which all sections of Mexican society can benefit. The expected Outcomes of the Strand are: 1. More financially literate male and female consumers who feel greater trust in financial services institutions and have the ability to use formal financial services. 2. A supportive regulatory environment for the Fintech sector that works both for men and women. 3. An increased number of "MSME"s procuring Fintech solutions that provide financing alternatives; and allowing for more accessible cashless transactions for men and women.
