Tenders are invited for the supply and installation of payment entry systems to various Public Conveniences as identified. East Lindsey District Council operate a number of Public Conveniences within the District and the following locations require the supply and installation of suitable payment entry systems at the following locations: * Skegness - Tower Esplanade PC's; * Skegness - Lumley Square PC's; * Skegness - Tower Gardens PC's; * Skegness - Briar Way PC's; * Skegness - North Parade PC's; * Mablethorpe - Central Promenade PC's; * Mablethorpe - Seacroft Road PC's; * Mablethorpe - Dunes PC's; * Mablethorpe - Queens Park PC's; * Sutton on Sea - York Road PC's; * Sutton on Sea - Roman Bank PC's; * Louth - Eastgate PC's; * Louth - Bus Station PC's. This procurement is intended to follow the time-line below: 1 .Request for Tender Issued 18/12/17 2. Deadline for Tender Response 19/01/18 3. Quotation Evaluation 22/01/18 4. Contract Awarded 02/02/18 SPECIFIC DESIGN REQUIREMENTS It has been identified that there will be a mix of suitable payment entry systems based on the following different types: * Paddle Entry/Exit Gates with payment entry cash collection fitted internally within facilities. * Electronic Door Release with payment entry cash collection and control gear fitted to existing timber external doors together with manual hydraulic door closers.
