Representations by providers must be made to the decision makers by 16 September 2024. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The date of contract award was 25/09/2024 Contract dates are 1/10/2024 to 31/03/2026. The life time value is 6972000. This is an intention to award the contract for an existing service to an existing provider following direct award under the Provider Selection Regime. The Public Health Nursing service contract includes health visiting, school nursing and Family Nurse Partnership This is a mandated Public Health contract that needs to deliver within the national model of the Healthy Child Programme. Going forward it is expected that the Provider would continue to participate in key transformation programmes and support innovative ways of working to improve outcomes for families
