Predictive Data Modelling for Private Sector Housing Stock

Notice Description

This opportunity is to carry out an exercise to compare a range of private sector housing and socio-economic datasets to produce housing profile and housing conditions indicators for the private sector housing stock in Hackney. The bidder must produce a profile for Hackney including House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) status and where possible housing conditions. They must provide the data needed for statistical returns, to inform the Council's private sector housing strategy including discretionary licensing decisions, and facilitate a pro-active approach to enforcement in the Private Rented Sector. Proposals will use local area data such as Census, Council Tax and Housing Benefit data along with other data sources to establish relationships between that data and property conditions. This exercise will carried out via ProContract. Access to the tender documents is via the London Tenders Portal. Please see the instructions below. Additional information: To register as a new supplier on ProContract please visit the London's Tenders Portal at https://www.londontenders.org/ click on the 'Suppliers' Area' link to the left. On the right hand side you will see a green 'register' icon, click on this and begin the supplier registration process.
