Wolverhampton Homes requires a Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Service with access for all employees including those staff who have a disability. The service will provide initial help and advice to employees who have been referred and to advise Wolverhampton Homes where required any reasonable adjustments or other action as a result of the counselling. The service must be able to offer counselling that covers health issues that arise as a result of but is not limited to: * Bereavement * Depression/anxiety * LGBT/Gender issues/discrimination * Personal family trauma * Work related issues
