Notice Description

London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) seek applications for the provision of domiciliary care services. Successful providers will be added to a domiciliary care Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list which is used by the contracting CCGs to make continuing healthcare (CHC) placements. There is no guaranteed volume of activity under the AQP. Applications are open from Monday 15 April to Friday 24.5.2019.
