Pan-London CHC Domiciliary Care AQP - Phase 4
Notice Description
London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) seek applications for the provision of domiciliary care services. Successful providers will be added to a domiciliary care Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list which is used by the contracting CCGs to make continuing healthcare (CHC) placements. There is no guaranteed volume of activity under the AQP. Applications are open from Monday 15 April to Friday 24.5.2019. To access the ITT and offer documentation, please follow the instructions below: 1) Create an account at Delta eSourcing: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/signup.html?userType=supplier 2) Access the opportunity by clicking here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/YP547VWA2N or by searching the access code: YP547VWA2N 3) Respond to the opportunity. The qualification process is led by the London Purchased Healthcare Team on behalf of the London CCGs.
