Site Coordination role based at Pleasley Vale Business Park

Notice Description

To provide to the Council a Site Coordination role based at Pleasley Vale Business Park but able to work at all Council (BDC and NEDDC) owned sites if required. The job would be 5 days per week with reasonable day's absences / holidays (max. 25 days) to be agreed in advance with the Corporate Property Manager. A good understanding of the Pleasley Vale Business Park site is of the upmost importance (site visits can be requested via the Intend system) and a broad knowledge of maintenance related issues to enable appropriate levels of communication with all contractors. Good customer service skills will also be required as communication with tenants is also essential. It is anticipated that regular attendance on site will be required for an average of 4 hours per day 5 days per week. However, this may vary day to day depending on the operational needs of the site so flexibility is necessary within this role.
