Visitor Services Attendant x4 for the Easter Event Rate of Pay: Band C PS11.18 Per hour (PAYE) Hours: As and when Required Location: Sandwell Valley Visitor Centre, Salters Lane, West Bromwich, B71 4BG Start Date: 1st April to the 10 April 2023 Contract type: Agency Brief description: The events team at Sandwell Valley Visitor Centre is looking for x4 Easter Bunnies for our Spring event programme. The roles involve interacting with families as part of the experience. A costume would be provided, and the individuals must be able to liaise with children and adults. Staff will be liaising with the managers and supervisors on a daily basis This post will includes weekend and bank holiday working. We are looking for suitable people to work over a variety of days at our Easter event. They need to be good with members of the public, particularly children. Be prepared to wear seasonal costumes working weekends and some evenings. General duties include working within a themed space - eg Easter Bunny's Burrow- and undertaking walk abouts. Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. No DBS is required for this role. This role falls inside of IR35 Please note this advert is also out with our Master Vendor You will receive further information regarding invoice terms if your candidate is appointed to this role. Invoices must be sent electronically on a weekly basis to templink_1@sandwell.gov.uk along with your workers authorised timesheet supplied by your agency. Payments are then released 14 days from the date of the invoice.
